Welcome.

Originally from the United Kingdom, I decided to live and work abroad allowing me to specialise in the corporate sustainability and brand sector.

After graduating from the University of Exeter, Cornwall Campus, I moved to New Zealand living and working there for eight years. I started my career at Proxima Global in the Bay of Plenty, a sustainability consultancy and the countries only GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) licensed training program operator. My role quickly transitioned from an internship into project management supporting the company director in reporting, workshops, communications, central and regional government and private business projects.

After nearly three years at Proxima Global, I moved to Christchurch in the South Island of New Zealand to work for Kathmandu Holdings Limited as the companies sustainability lead. I think it is fair to say the four years I spent with this company were some of the most challenging and highly rewarding years of my life, so far.

A key highlight for me at Kathmandu was managing their new five year strategy that resulted in them becoming Australasia's largest certified B-Corp. Also one of nine listed companies globally. During my tenure, we collected over six major industry awards including one with Deloitte. I was mentored and coached by some phenomenal people there. Leadership I believe is about facilitating and creating an environment for people to fulfil their greatest potential.

I have now taken on a new hugely exciting role to work with the University of Exeter and Falmouth University in their new sustainability strategies for their Cornwall campuses. I am excited to work with a team of amazing individuals and work with them through this transition. Along with this role, I also offer specialized consulting services when I am free.

I am very excited for the new adventures ahead.

His work both whilst working at Kathmandu and consulting has been hugely valuable for us to produce high quality outputs. We would recommend Oliver based on this'.
